Items can be Returned or Exchanged within 14 days of your Delivery Date. Here are steps how:
- The item(s) MUST be unworn, undamaged, unused and unwashed. It must be in its original packaging and cannot be washed or altered in any way. Otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
- Email us at email@example.com, send us your order number and whether you would like a Refund or to exchange an item.
- For exchange, please note the new: item number, size and color you would prefer. Requested item’s price CANNOT exceed the returned item(s)’ price.
- For refunds and exchanges ship your parcel with a shipping carrier of your choice and at your expense to the following Address (Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable):
Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your Return/Exchange to be processed.
In case Return/Exchange is processed successfully refunds/exchange will be issued or sent within 2-3 business days after confirmation email is sent.
